    Complete Home Inspection
Home inspection is a detailed description of your future home and its major systems. I will provide you with a computer generated report. This report will describe not only the materials that make up your home, but will point out any significantly deficient systems or components. I will also educate you on the operation and maintenance of the systems in your new home.

    Prelisting Inspection
If you are planning on selling your home soon, it is a good idea to have a Pre-Listing Inspection done. This takes all the worry out of selling your home and peace of mind that the major components, systems are functioning properly and if there are any safety issues.

    Manufactured Home Inspection
There are actually quite a few mobile/modular homes in this part of Ohio. With my back ground in setup and service on this type of home, I have decided to offer this service to my clients. Inspecting mobile homes is not similar to conventional homes, there are some items that are exclusive to a mobile home and I have done 1000s of these inspections over the years. The inspection I perform of a manufactured or mobile home is based upon the (HUD) U.S. Housing and Urban Development's Standards for Manufactured and Mobile Homes and (OHMC) Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission.

    11th Month Warranty Inspection
Many homes come with workmanship or product warranties that typically last for 12 months or longer, and then the coverage expires. So homeowners are advised to have a professional home warranty inspection done before the end of the coverage period. If I uncover problems that need repair these can be handled while the warranty is still in effect, to save you money.
